What does tube size mean?
Size refers to compatible pre-roll length. The 80 / 98 / 116mm options use 78 / 96 / 114mm metal tube bodies.
Can I order a sample?
Choose a 1-tube sample on a pre-labeled product page. Shipping is quoted separately.
Where do orders ship from?
Pre-labeled tubes ship from U.S. stock. Custom tubes are produced in China; shipping is confirmed with your quote.
Can I request a quote without artwork?
Yes. Describe your idea and requirements in the quote form. Artwork is reviewed before production.
Will these boxes fit my own tubes?
Choose My own tubes and provide the outer diameter, overall height with cap and a drawing or photo. Fit and inserts are reviewed with your quote.
Which files are needed for raised UV printing?
Provide two files with matching dimensions and alignment: full-color artwork and raised UV artwork. Use black for raised areas and white for areas without UV. You can also ask us to prepare the UV file.
Ready-to-ship or custom?
Pre-labeled tubes ship from U.S. stock. Custom tubes and boxes are made for your order and quoted separately.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is quoted based on your U.S. delivery address and the packed weight and dimensions. We confirm shipping charges before payment.
What are the custom tube minimum and lead time?
Custom tubes start at 800. Production is approximately 15 days after artwork approval and payment. Air transit is estimated at 8–15 days; ocean transit at 21–30 days, after dispatch. Your confirmed quote governs.
Are the tubes empty?
Yes. All products are empty packaging. Label names describe the printed artwork, not the contents.
Do boxes include tubes and inserts?
Tube fit, inserts, order minimum and lead time are confirmed per box project. Tubes are separate unless your quote includes them.
