The tube is 121.70 mm high with a 17 mm body diameter and an approximately 14 mm clear opening. External dimensions are not usable internal space. Share your filled pre-roll dimensions and ask about a sample to check insertion, clearance and cap closure.

Standard full-color printing gives the tube a smooth surface. Raised spot UV adds a clear, raised gloss coating to selected details. Choose the finish that suits your design; your quote confirms the price, and your artwork proof shows which areas will be raised.

Choose an ALASSY design or upload your full-wrap artwork. Check your logo, required symbols, and warning text before submitting. For raised spot UV, provide color artwork and a separate, aligned black-and-white spot UV mask, or ask us to prepare the mask. Final bleed, seam allowance, and label requirements must be confirmed before production.

Production takes an estimated 15 days after you approve the final proof and we verify payment. Transit time starts when your order ships from Shenzhen. Compare air and ocean freight for your U.S. ZIP code. Proposed packing holds up to 200 tubes per inner box and 800 per master carton; the last box or carton may be partially filled. We confirm carton dimensions and gross weight before quoting freight.
