Start with width and length
The 11 × 24-inch bag is narrower and longer; the 15 × 20-inch bag is wider and shorter. Measure the item at its widest and longest points, and allow enough extra bag material for placement and sealing. Use the largest item as your starting point if you plan to pack several sizes.
Check your equipment
Before ordering, confirm that your vacuum sealer can accept the bag width you select. Follow the instructions supplied with your equipment for placement and sealing.
