Custom pre-roll tubes
Custom tubes are made to your approved artwork proof and ship from Shenzhen. Allow approximately 15 days for production after proof approval and payment verification, plus transit time after dispatch.
Choose air freight for an estimated 8–15 calendar days in transit, or ocean freight for an estimated 21–30 calendar days. Transit time starts when your order ships. Before payment, your written quote confirms the carrier, route, estimated timing, and included charges. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
How tube freight is quoted
Our proposed packing is up to 200 tubes per inner box and four inner boxes per master carton, for up to 800 tubes per carton. The last box or carton may be partially filled to match your order. At 13.6 g per empty tube, 800 tubes weigh 10.88 kg net and 1,600 weigh 21.76 kg net. We confirm the final packing, carton dimensions, and gross shipping weight before quoting freight. Net weight excludes packaging and cannot be used on its own to calculate shipping charges.
The designer estimates your tube subtotal. We quote freight and the final order total after confirming the packing. Freight depends on the chargeable weight, shipping route, destination, and any applicable surcharges.
Duty-paid delivery may be available for selected services and destinations. Before payment, your written quote will confirm the service, destination eligibility, importer of record, included or excluded duties and tariffs, required documents and applicable taxes. Customs inspection may add 7–21 days or more.
U.S.-stock vacuum and turkey bags
When a vacuum-bag or turkey-bag item is confirmed as available from U.S. stock, standard shipping to the contiguous United States is free at a merchandise subtotal of $100 or more and $10 below $100. These bag orders are generally prepared in 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 1–7 business days in transit. Availability and the final destination are confirmed before payment.
Tube display and gift boxes
Box pricing and freight are quoted separately. Boxes can ship with your tubes or as a separate shipment, subject to confirmation. Your quote lists the shipping origin, packed dimensions, service, and estimated delivery time. The shipping offer for bags from U.S. stock does not apply to boxes.
Destinations quoted individually
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, islands, P.O. boxes, military addresses and carrier-designated remote areas require review. Send the complete destination so our team can confirm whether service is available and provide the charge before accepting the order.
Check your delivery address
Provide a complete shipping address and check it when we send your order details. Contact us immediately to correct any errors. We may be unable to change the address once the carrier has the shipment.
Tracking, damage and delivery issues
After your order ships, we send tracking details to the contact listed on the order. Open My orders for shipment updates and a carrier tracking link, when available. Estimated delivery dates may change in transit.
If a shipment appears missing, damaged or materially different from the confirmed order, contact us promptly with the order reference, photos of the package and products, and any carrier notice. Keep all packaging until the issue is reviewed.
Submitting a request does not charge you. We confirm product origin, final shipping cost, taxes and the final amount due before payment.
